Description

March means maple sugaring time!! Head into the sugarbush to see a sugarhouse in action, check out a sugarmaker’s tools, tap a sugar maple, and of course taste some delicious maple syrup. We’ll discover who-whooooo lives in the sugarbush with Outreach For Earth Stewardship and a live owl ambassador. Also, Roland Bluto of the Nulhegan Band of the Coosuk-Abenaki Nation will be sharing a story of how the Abenaki came to acquire maple syrup. This program is for all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult. This event will also be offered on March 26th. Registration is required.
