*HYDRATE, *HYDRATE, *HYDRATE we can't stress this enough. Kickboxing is a high intensity full-body cardio workout even with out the heat so it is important to make sure you come to class hydrated. The heated environment will help for detoxifying, increasing your heart rate (blood pressure issues please make sure to have clearance from a Dr. if you are new to exercise). Active intervals will be included in this workout for a multi level experience.
