Kick your 2022 health goals into high gear by joining us for a special GAL-only class at Rise Kickbox! Our January event has been rescheduled! We hope to see you in March for Kickboxing! No equipment needed! Just bring yourself and we'll supply the rest for a fun, high energy kickboxing class. After our sweat session, we'll refuel at Batch Craft Beer + Kolaches.
