Through music, movement, sound healing & art, we create a safe space for everyone to shine. Join our donation based park yoga classes every Saturday at 10am. Start your weekend off right with a flow under the palm trees, good music, great company, and a dose of Vitamin D. Feel free to spread the word, bring your friends, neighbors, and barista —all levels welcome! Parking: off Holister there are 2 lots, the one facing the beach to the left is $10 for the day and the one to the right is $2 an hour. Stay a little or stay a while! Location: from parking lots take the path to the left and walk until you reach the last grassy bits closest to the playground To bring: Your mat and a open mind.
