Onsite Caretaker Part Time

Description

We're looking for an onsite caretaker who could handle janitorial and light maintenance work around our complex of 24 condos. We need responsible person who could be the eyes and ears of the owners when we're gone and to help keep everything running smoothly when we're here. It would be 20 hours a week starting at $20/hr. We've got a very friendly group here who would love to have a person dedicated to our building. This is a year-round position and hours could be very flexible.
