If you are curious about where to go next with your life and you are exhausted from trying to cope... 4 Part Series // $1000 Wednesdays: March 9, 16, 23, & 30 /// 7pm - 9pm Are you curious about breathwork or plant medicine? Cacao ceremony, drum circles, Reiki or sound healing? Have you ever heard of ecstatic dance, Kundalini rising or a Medicine Wheel? Do you know what we mean when we say holding space, integration or shadow work? Have you ever worked with a Shaman, a Medicine Woman or sat with an Oracle? Would you like to? There are so many beautiful Esoteric Arts that are returning to our everyday life. As we all seek to journey deeper into our soul and remember the true source of peace and happiness, we often find these and many others as paths to that inner alignment. However, we often also find great conditioning, judgment and rhetoric around employing such methodologies. We fear ridicule, inexperience, or being deemed yet just another hippy avoiding the “real world”. We are highly sensitive to appropriation and in reality we just don’t always know where to start or how to vulnerably step into this space of healing and journeywork. This 4 part series will facilitate a baseline education on the fundamentals of walking a spiritual path. While I will not presume to speak for any lineage or culture other than my own, there are certain consistencies that will facilitate your experience in this life-long journey of Self. We will cover: Language and terminologyDaily energetic practicesTechniques for grounding, clearing and integrationPre and post ceremony ritualBrief explanations of many of the current healing modalities that are available and referrals to local teachers/healers that practice each.If you are curious about where to go next with your life and you are exhausted from trying to cope, this course is an opportunity to re-write any burdensome narrative you still have about yourself or your sense of consciousness.
