A place to fix my vehicle

I am in a tough situation, turns out my HOA will not allow vehicle repairs where i live. If there is anyone with a place off the street where i can spend a few hours working on my vehicle, please let me know. If this post fails i will be stuck working under the vehicle near a fairly actice street. Why am i in this situation? Well most shops will only replace the transmission when the problem is simpler than that. I am not able to afford renting a lift at Stew's garage and truly have no one in my life. My Marine Corps disability has helped not need a vehicle, i just really need one to get out of the gutter. I have been searching for a work van but would still prefer to get this mountaineer running again. The repair i need to do is as follows: drain transmission fluid, drop valve body and solenoids to replace the gaskets...then put it back together and leave. I am a mindful and thorough technician, all spills and mess will be confined to my vehicle, and can ensure of no damage to your space.
