Our dear friends from Speciation Brewing will be joining us for a fun evening of beer and cheese pairings! Speciation is a family-owned company, founded by Mitch and Whitney Ermatinger in 2016 in Comstock Park. They recently relocated to the Wealthy St. corridor in the heart of Grand Rapids. Speciation’s beers, ciders, and wines are a product of natural yeast and bacteria, along with individual attention for each release. Join us at Aperitivo, in person, to talk about and taste a selection of their products carefully paired with Aperitivo cheeses. Learn a bit about how each unique beer is produced and what makes this incredible local brewery so wonderful in their approach to brewing.
