Car bumper touch-up paint and buff

The right rear corner of my bumper needs to be painted and buffed. There is no dent or damage, it's only the paint. It's about 5 inches wide and 6 inches long. I purchased touch-up paint and the clear coat that it's sold with. I already applied a first coat of paint. I'm looking for someone with experience that can apply a second coat of paint and then clear coat and buff that area of the bumber. I live in Reading but I can drive to you. Text me if your inerested.
