Press release from the City of Marlborough: February 11, 2022 - 9:24am The Marlborough City Council has amended City Sewer Ordinance Section 510-2 subsection (D).  This amendment ONLY affects property owners who currently have access to the municipal sewer system, but are NOT connected.  The Ordinance has always required these properties to connect to the public sewer system, however timelines and clarifications were added to this requirement.
