BRIDGEPORT, CT — Officers responded to Bridgeport Hospital after a person with a gunshot wound was brought to the emergency room in a private vehicle, according to a tweet from the police department Friday afternoon. Authorities believed the incident may have been connected to the P.T. Barnum Apartments, and said the investigation was active as of about 4:30 p.m.
