The City of Denver is looking at ways relieve the burden from police that have been battling those without homes that have been seeking warmth and refuge at DIA. (9News)Boulder's Eco-Cycle will have the first large-scale electric compost truck in the U.S. The Boulder-based nonprofit recycler unveiled the new truck on Thursday.
