Amid staffing shortages, the kinds that have hit other industries, it also might mean that your trash might not be be picked up on time. Some say that the new route schedule is to blame. The mayor recently rolled out an aggressive new crime-fighting plan, but only after crime has turned Union Station into an eerie shell, and shooting happening downtown on a regular basis. The City of Denver is looking at ways relieve the burden from police that have been battling those without homes that have been seeking warmth and refuge at DIA. (9News)Boulder's Eco-Cycle will have the first large-scale electric compost truck in the U.S. The Boulder-based nonprofit recycler unveiled the new truck on Thursday.
