We are looking to hire motivated individuals that are willing to learn or show what they already know about pools. We are now hiring for full-time positions for Pool Maintenance. In this position you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and balancing chemicals in our customer's pools/commercial pools on an assigned route. Responsibilities and Duties -Candidate must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to be a professional and courteous representative of the company. Qualifications and Skills -Work independently in a year-round Florida climate. -Intermittently lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, bend, and reach when performing a job. -Maintaining accurate records of client visits and services performed. -Be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and are insurable by our commercial auto policy. -MUST have a CLEAN driving record. -Be able to use GPS (You supply your own smartphone with GPS capabilities). -Follow instructions and learn about pools and proper balancing of chemicals.
