PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are searching for a 14-year-old boy who went missing Friday in the area of 12th Street and Allegheny Avenue, according to police. Tailee Artis was last seen by his sister at 5:45 p.m., police said. Artis is approximately 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has bushy brown hair, a dark complexion and a medium build. He also wears glasses. Artis was last seen wearing a burgundy and black hooded sweatshirt and red Jordan sneakers, police said.
