Rehoming my playful dog

I’m in Bowie Maryland. Long story short this dog belongs to my brother. He has passed away from Covid and I absolutely cannot find a way to keep this dog. I have tried but I am not able to give her what she needs. I live in a small townhouse with no backyard and she loves to run in the field but we got complaints about her playing so it will be nice if she can go to a house with a big yard. Also I work a lot. She belongs with a family that always has someone home. She is very playful and very well trained indoors and out. She will not pee and in your house, she is loving and just wants to be a part of the family. I honestly hate to do this. Rehoming fee is 300. She is one years old she was born on June 20, 2020. Very well trained her name is Bella
