Looking for a Chef and Health Coach

Hi, I am looking to get a gift for a friend. I would love if someone could meet us at his house in Laguna Hills or somewhere else, with healthy groceries/food to cook, and provide a cooking class of a healthy meal for the 3 of us, in which we could discuss nutrition and you could pitch your health coaching business, and my friend could get extra sessions if he wants. He has gained weight in the past few years and I just want to help him out in a caring and supportive way. I had someone do this for my friends and me in LA and she has since moved. I had emailed my friends about this other health coach that she would provide a cooking class for us and: “She provides a Health Program with a Medically-Designed Eating Plan and Personal Health Coaching based on balancing blood sugars. It will teach you to eat 6 small meals a day and you’ll get into a fat burning state which basically eliminates cravings and produces high energy. It’s amazing how you feel and is SIMPLE! After losing 30 lbs on this program, Emily is inspired with how quickly and well it worked and wants to coach others through the program and help them reach their health goals.” I am looking for someone like that in which I would tell him that I have arranged for a health coach/chef to prepare a lovely healthy meal for us together and do a cooking class.
