This is a full time job - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week - but if you're good, I will consider Half time as well ( 4 hours a day ). Skills Required : anything from painting to replacing a wall or fixing a roof leak. Some basic electricity skills are a bonus. This is no rocket science but you need to have some construction skills and worked in remodeling or construction in the past. Salary : $4,000 a month (Net comes out to about $3238 cash in hand after taxes ). SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY !
