Harbor Management is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Technician at one of our properties in Lewiston, ME. The maintenance technician will assist tenants with repairs needed in their apartments as well as repairs to vacant units to turn-over the unit to make it ready for occupancy. The maintenance technician is also part of an on-call rotation that requires the candidate to live within 20-30 minutes of our properties to get to a site for emergency and after hours calls. Your Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance/repairs at our property and apartments. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial, and grounds keeping. Your Qualifications: The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal.
