Description

SENORA LUCY- Lucy, a spry kitty of 13 years sadly lost her home when her owner passed away. She came to us through one of our volunteers who knew despite her age we'd welcome her into the shelter and work hard to find her a new family. She's very shy and is adjusting to her new surroundings. We realize it can't be an easy transition for a senior kitty and everyone will do their best to put her at ease. Each day the volunteers shower her with love and attention and we can see she's becoming more comfortable and is revealing her true charming self. She's more adventurous and curious. We've discovered that she's very sweet, a well behaved girl, and has a mellow personality. Rumor has it she's always keeping an eye out for a cozy lap, how about yours! An adult household is probably best since she prefers a calm and quiet environment. UPDATE: Lucy is far more relaxed and is so happy to greet the volunteers waiting for their affectionate pets and rubs. To give her some relief from the hectic life at the shelter, Lucy has been placed in a foster home and is already LOVE, LOVE, LOVING it! On her first day she was purring like crazy and cuddling with her foster mom all day long.
