Hi, I made a commitment to improve flexibility and remain as limber as possible. 10 years ago I was able to do the splits and was very flexible. That all changed when I decided to focus on weight training instead. Not sure why I didn’t focus on both. I broke my foot and tore an Achilles’ tendon last January which put me out for a few months.
Looking for personal trainers, fitness instructors who offer stretch sessions to help clients stretch further with assistance. Looking for the West Hollywood area. Ideally looking for leg and hip stretches - hamstrings, hip flexors, calves as well as traction to decompress spine/upper body. Open to referrals as well. Thanks
