Need to reroof house. I've been remodeling house over the last few years. Usually I pay for labor and supply all materials. Please let me know how much you'd charge for this project. Here are the details. 40 total squares Master: 11 squares, solid deck, 1 layer of asphalt shingles to be removed, take old shingles to dump, install chimney saddle, install felt, install drip edge, install new asphalt shingles. Main House: 29 squares, skip sheathing, remove 1 layer asphalt shingles over 1 layer cedar shake shingles, take old shingles to dump, repair any dry rot, put down 100 sheets 3/8 osb, install felt, install drip edge & valley flashing, install new asphalt shingles, install new gutters/downspouts Let me know if you have any questions and quote labor for the project.
