We met & chatted briefly today while hiking in Trumbull on the rail trail. You were wearing a green hat & black jacket, me a black jacket and navy hat.
You stopped me on the trail to ask about the icy trail conditions and I made a dumb joke about ice skating. I was listening in on a work call and you caught me off guard. We saw each other again in the parking lot when I was putting stuff in my trunk and smiled at each other.
Now I’m back home thinking about how cute your were and how cute it would be to meet someone while hiking and am wishing that I had stopped to talk to you & asked for your phone number. If you felt the same way, please reach out so that we can chat more and find better hiking spots together. Maybe I’m just a hopeless romantic, but wouldn’t that be such a cute story to tell to our friends & family?
