Apartment Turnover Crew Needed

We manage many apartments in Brockton and the surrounding area. We are looking for a crew that can come in after a move-out and quickly make any necessary repairs, paint, clean, etc so it is ready to be rented again. We're looking for someone that does good work and can document their work thoroughly. If you are interested please email me info about yourself and your crew - size of crew, what kind of work you do or don't do, rates, availability, etc. We have year-round work. The turnovers consist of anything from small touchups to entire apartment renovations.
