Small lawn care company seeking crew members for the 2022 season. Mays Landing, NJ 32-40/hrs week Paid weekly Starting 2nd week in March Position 1: Lawn Care Crew.. 16-18/hr Requirements: Ability to get to Mays Landing before 8am Lift 50 lbs Position 2: Crew Foreman.. 20-22/hr Requirements: Same as above for Crew Position Valid Driver’s License 5+ years professional lawn care experience Ability to ‘back up’ trailer Schedule: Start: Second week of March End: Third week in December **Monday thru Friday 8 am - 6 pm Availability Required** We try to work Monday thru Thursday. But sometimes we have to deal with bad weather. Need someone who understands that weather plays a big part in our schedule. Sometimes we have delayed starts, or have to stop working early. Atleast half of the weeks you will have Friday off plus the weekend. About the job: You will travel with a truck and trailer equipped with lawn care equipment to residents and businesses in Mays Landing, EHT, and the shore. Some nice properties. We usually cut lawns three days a week and do landscape maintenance one day a week. We have nice equipment. Father + son company. We have always been driving the lawn care trucks, but looking to expand. Looking for someone who prefers not to be working 50/60 hrs.
