We are real estate investors who look for properties in the Little Rock area. - We are looking for someone who can visit properties for us as needed and run other related errands (e.g., access for investors, paperwork that must be done locally). - The work is expected to be occasional (1-2x / wk / $50-75 / appointment) to start and will likely increase. If you're interested in getting started in real estate, or you would just like some extra cash (a few hundred a month most likely), this is a great opportunity for you. What we are looking for: - YOU ARE RESPONSIVE - You have a flexible schedule and can do appointments with 24-48 hours' notice - You have a car (you will be going around the Little Rock area and surrounding counties) - You're comfortable walking into ugly houses - You have a phone with a good camera - You are trustworthy and ethical - You like talking to people If this is a fit for you, please email us.
