UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Two out of three Upper West Side ZIP codes have seen a slight uptick during the last month in the percentage of positive coronavirus tests, according to city data released on Thursday. However, the low rates in the neighborhood remain more or less stable. The highest rate of the three ZIP codes is 10023, which is the smallest of the three UWS ZIP codes, where .88 percent of those tested received positive results in the latest four-week period.
