I've always wanted to live around the Medford area (GP/WC/Ashland, etc) but am currently priced out of living pretty much anywhere in the PNW independently until I get my online business up and running. I could make it work but I would be housepoor as a result. Are there any men with the need for a live-in companion? I'm willing and able to help with chores, maintenance, errands, and anything else that pops up in exchange for room and board (just room, actually - I can afford my own food) for a few months until I can get out on my own. This could be a mutually beneficial opportunity for someone who works a lot, travels, etc. I'm 40 and looking for landlords my age or older. I am moderately hairy, with a large full beard, I'm in good shape if on the slim side. I like lean guys myself. Definite "otter" vibes here if you know the terminology, haha. I get along best with blue-collar types or guys who work with their hands in the arts. A good sense of humor goes a long way with me in building friendships. I'm not sporty or outdoorsy despite looking like a vegan lumberjack. 😂 I get along with animals. Your house doesn't have to be amazing either, just reasonably comfortable.
