i have a skinny pig (hairless guinea pig) that’s a male (hasn’t been neutered) that’s about 1year old named eddie. he’s very sweet and has a funny personality. he loves fresh veggies and hay and eats all of whatever he’s given very fast so he needs someone that can give him hay and refill his water a few times a day. he is given between 1/4-1/2 cup of pellets, 1-2 cups of veggies, and unlimited hay every day. i usually feel about 1/4-1/3 cup of pellets at morning and at night, veggies in the morning, and hay multiple times throughout the day and a large amount to last him through the night. he likes to sit on top of his hide more than inside of it and usually when he’s inside of it it’s because he’s cold. he has 2 snuggle sacks that he loves to sleep inside, i usually wash and switch them out every other day to make sure that they stay clean for him because he won’t use them if they’re too dirty. he really loves his toys and has a favorite toy that’s a string with some wooden blocks on it. he’s a big chewer so he always needs to have a variety of different chews around otherwise he will chew on his hide or hay feeder. he loves to snuggle and sit in his snuggle sack on the bed for a movie night or just to hang out. he doesn’t pee or poo outside of his cage and he’s very sweet to people and won’t run away and hide. however, he doesn’t do well with other guinea pigs so he would need to go to a home where he would be the only piggy in his cage. he nips at other guinea pigs and has given some other pigs pretty big gashes before, he flings other pigs with his head and is just a general bully when he has cage mates. he’s used to being handled frequently, being bathed, being free range, and being out of the cage for long periods of time. he’s a very spoiled little piggy and it breaks my heart to have to let home go so i want to make sure that he finds the perfect home that preferably has experience with the care that he needs. i’m asking $40 as a rehoming fee to make sure that he goes to a good home. i can sell his cage, fleece mat, hide, cage stand, food bowl, water bottle, hay feeder, 2 snuggle sacks, toys, treats, litter box, and the rest of his food and pellet litter for his litter box for $145 since it’s all in great condition and has been kept clean and nice please text or email me if your able to open your home to eddie <3
