home care worker and Airbnb Manager

This is a unique position for a single or a couple. The job requirements are taking care of my elderly mother at the house and managing 2 airbnb cabins on the property. Downstairs bedroom and private bath is included with salary and commission. Drivers License is A Must with good references. Light Cooking and Light housecleaning,taking my mother to and from Dr.Appoinments and laundry for her and the cabins. Managing the airbnb include some maintenance work and greeting and checking in guests and taking care of their needs. We also have chef services available for our guests and if cooking is a forte...the chef business is available to be your own business. Living on the ranch is a requirement and being available at all times except for planned times to be off the ranch. No alcoholic beverages allowed on the ranch. Smoking only permitted outside. The ranch is located between elkton and shenandoah and we are up a mile long road. We are fairly remote. There is no cell phone service available at this time but we do have internet.
