looking for PT handyman longterm

Looking for someone on a longterm basis to do some handyman work - repair/maintenance on 2 townhomes and a large 6 unit building in Jim Thorpe. They total of about 10,500 sf Hours and days are very flexible, based on your schedule. I have some work now, and there is continuing needs that pop up in the future. Any experience with painting, roofing, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc etc, is useful.
