AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE LOOKING TO ENTER A MANAGEMENT POSITION WITH BETTER PAY FOR YOUR EFFORT AND CREATIVITY. o 5 years of experience as landscape maintenance crew leader/foreman o 5 years of experience in irrigation: repairs, maintenance, schedule programming o Strong turf management and horticulture experience o Work as part of crew to complete all task o Ability to endure long periods of standing, walking, bending and able to carry out manual labor (lift 25-50 lbs) o Work outdoors in all weather conditions o Able to follow directions to complete tasks within a budgeted amount of time o Must be respectful and reverent of sensitive work environment o Must be able to pass drug test and background check o Requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record verified by the DMV. o Requires knowledge of moderately complex lawn equipment and machinery as well as an understanding of special handling of toxic chemicals. o Mixes and uses chemicals, some of which may be hazardous materials subject to special handling requirements. Purpose and Description Position is responsible for managing crew, schedule, and field operations. Assist in coordinating resources including: labor, equipment. and materials. Site Manager will ensure maximum use of labor and equipment, and foreman will verify and report completion of work. Site Manager will be responsible for filling out daily reports (labor, task completed, and materials applied). Looking for employee for long term employment with growing company.
