I own and operate a property maintenance company. Pressure washing and soft washing buildings of all sizes Painting using sprayers and power rollers. Climbing tall ladders to clean gutters. Involves using some power tools like drills and grinders. We don't do any repairs so please don't apply talking about you own saws and you wanna subcontract work. I don't offer or sell repairs to my customers. I advertise and have a steady lead flow of customers all year long. I have workman's comp and all the appropriate licenses and paperwork and can prove it.
