Dog to rehome to cat free home

I have a one year old mixed breed, medium sized dog who is looking for a new home. She is great with other dogs, people, and kids. She doesn’t want to hurt other animals, but she loves to chase around cats or any other small animal. She’s triggered by them running. I’m hoping to rehome her to a home that has only dogs, or super dog friendly cats that don’t mind being bugged sometimes. She is not fixed, and is due to see the vet around may-June. She is house trained, loves to snuggle, will go in a kennel if you need. She’s an awesome dog, we just have our reasons for needing to rehome her.
