Our family owned and operated Toyota dealership is looking for a Maintenance Technician Production Manager that is charged with facilitating the expedited maintenance process through efficient dispatch, prioritization, Technician and traffic flow management. The Production Manager ensures that maintenance production process runs with consistency, safety and efficiency. This individual is responsible for the following Coaching & mentoring Maintenance Technicians for consistent execution of vehicle maintenance Work distribution Be the champion for 60 minute time completion Manage and hold the Team responsible for the Toyota Maintenance processes Daily inspection of tools and equipment Monitor stocking level of in-bay parts Communicate hand offs or additional work to Repair Technicians Assists in identifying additional work found that is outside the Maintenance Technician skill Manage capacity Facilitate Maintenance Technician training & Toyota certifications
