I am a realtor who sources repairs for about 20 houses. Looking for a reliable handyman who is easy to work with. I am looking for someone with a fiduciary mindset - someone that is always looking out for my best interest - for a long-term working relationship. I generally offer about $35 times the time it would take me to do the job, rounded up to account for gas, etc. On the rare occasions that I can't easily source the work, I increase the budget by 20% and then hire a tradesman.
Current projects:
- Remove items left by a squatter, fix a broken door jam and secure the property, and post a no trespassing sign - $100
- Punchlist work - approximately 2-3 days: approximately $600
