hey, i'm looking for a place to practice some vocals one or two times a week, since i live in an apartment building. don't want to rent a whole studio for just myself with no equipment. I'm thinking I could pay you a small fee for access to your space and we can coordinate when you plan to be there so there's no overlap, i'm pretty flexible on timing. might be a good way to knock a few dollars off your rent. fully vaxxed, safe, and respectful. let me know! thanks
