We bought a house in October, and unbeknowest to us there were many flaws to this house. One of the flaws is a leaky basement do to outer foundation wall needing repair. We were tricked into this by the previous owner putting a bunch of stuff in front of this leaky wall. Window screens and such... and he had painted the floors so there showed no water damage. We need to get this fixed before the spring rainy season. right now every time it rains we get a leak in the cellar im having to sump pump out or use shop vac.
