Mudflap replacement and lights work needed 1992 International 4700

I am needing a mechanic to come out and replacement a broken mudflap bracket and mudflap. Also we had someone work on some light issues, but now the brake lights on the cab and one of the marker lights aren't working. Looking to get the work done by Monday.
