$9,600 for apartment maintenance & make-ready help over 3-month period. 40 hours/week for 3 months at $20/hour. Need experience painting, patching holes, hanging doors, installing fans, hooking up electric appliances, installing blinds and light fixtures, repairing tile, etc. Start immediately.
