Please remove this "stuff" from my back proch

I'd like to have someone remove the construction waste from my back porch, which includes: copper pipe (approximately 20 ft) with new shutoff ball valves. some pipe is painted and some is corroded drywall rotten wood joists I'm sorry but you can't back your truck up to the porch. The waste will need to be carried from the porch to the driveway. I've included a picture of the side yard leading from the back of the house to the driveway. The plywood in the picture stays. Please quote me a price for the complete removal.
