Description
I'm relocating during a divorce and am unable to take my precious dogs with me unfortunately. My ex-husband wants to put them down by the end of the month if I can't find them a new home. Their names are Ham Sandwich (male/beige/tan) and Tuna Sandwich (female/sable/dark brown). They are both 9 years old (Tuna might be older) and can actually be separated. I've had Ham as a puppy and Tuna was adopted later. They are both house-trained and will sit/stand near the door when they need to go outside.
Ham is a VERY good dog. Extremely friendly and obedient. He knows how to sit, shake, high five (+ten), lay down and wait for treats. When you say OK, then he'll eat them! He is a very dependent dog and loves attention from his favorite humans. He always wants to be close to you. He is the best with kids. He would be great in a family, or even in a single household as a bestie. He really is a good boy. All my friends and dog-sitters in the past have loved him!
Tuna is a sweetie!!! She is a little bit older but loves attention and belly rubs. She loves to go for short walks but enjoys taking naps a whole lot more. She was abused before we adopted her so she is not the greatest with younger children and cats. She is great with other dogs. She's very easy going and is a very chill dog in general. She knows how to sit, shake, and wait for treats too!
Feel free to email me any questions about them! They are really the best and unfortunately where I'm moving to, I just can't take them. I would love to be able to keep in touch or see photos of them in the future if that's ever possible. I'd love for them to stay together but they are fine apart too.
Thank you!!!
