Job Description Riverhouse Investments LLC wants you to join our property team! As a dedicated team member you will earn $18-21/hr with a well-established company. You will help us continue to improve residents’ experiences—our mission since 2005. Located in the City of Wauwatosa, we self-manage 130 plus properties and continually buy, rehab and sell over 40 properties a year. We look forward to you joining our maintenance team and being an integral part of helping us enhance and grow our business for years to come. Job Details • Full time 40+ hours • Company vehicle will be provided during work hours • Benefits available • Long-term positions available Job Duties Include but Not Limited To • Tree trimming, pruning, mulching, planting and lawn maintenance • Clean out of units • Light electrical • Light plumbing • Property repair and maintenance • Demolition • Snow removal • Light painting • Material delivery • All other tasks as assigned Preferred Skills • Attention to detail • Self-starter • Eager to follow directions • Team member attitude Requirements • Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work • Valid driver's license required • Insurable driving record required Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour
