Shepherd/Terrier Mix: Looking for a new home

The dog's name is Phineus. He is just over one year old. Up to date on shots and neutered. Phineus is a great dog and has lots of energy to play with. House trained and crate trained. He loves to play outside and run around. really decent on the leash and can be a good walker once you get to know him. He is a cuddler, sleeps in my bed every night, and loves to sit at my feet while I work. Due to some new family issues, I am looking to rehome Phineus to someone who can give this guy a yard and a good life. Asking $200 OBO: Includes rehoming, existing crate, food bowls, some toys, a harness and leash, and some of his food. Please feel free to ask any questions.
