PT Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff

Canyon Estates Condominiums in Tukwila is in need of a PT cleaning person for our community near Southcenter Mall. We are looking to hire a part-time person who will be responsible for the following duties approximately 12 hours per week: - Cleaning 7 small laundry rooms (mopping floors, emptying wastebasket, cleaning windows, and dusting or wiping surfaces). - Cleaning 2 Restrooms in the cabana/office building. - Vacuuming, dusting, and picking up litter in common area hallways, stairwells, and entryways to each resident building. - Window glass cleaning (inside surfaces) as needed. - Vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning as needed in the cabana and office spaces. - Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager as time allows. - All PPE, cleaning supplies, and a backpack-type vacuum cleaner will be provided by the condo association. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but willing to train the right person. Some interaction with residents is expected, so a courteous attitude is required. The ideal candidate must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and regularly climb stairs between floors with a few cleaning supplies. An ideal person should work to complete scheduled routine tasks quickly and efficiently. The cleaning person is responsible for punching a daily timecard. Must be discreet in all conversations regarding Canyon Estates or resident business. Somewhat flexible on hours/days of the week. We do require a criminal background screening before employment is offered.
