Help Wanted - tree trimming and removal

I own/operate an Arborist business and am looking for help - must have experience with saws, chippers, trailers, etc. If you are a climber or experienced groundsman, I would be interested in talking to you. 1. Are you are interested in owning your own tree trimming/removal business? Tired of working for others and making them money instead of yourself? I can help you move in that direction and have trained several people over the years who are out on their own and running their own very profitable businesses. 2. If you are interested in making a lot more money than you currently are and want to know the business end of running an Arborist business I can help you with that (bidding jobs, running crews, equipment maintenance, taxes, book keeping, etc.). I would prefer someone with experience in tree trimming/removal, chippers, mini skid operation, driving trucks/trailers, chainsaw operation, etc. It's been difficult finding reliable qualified help that shows up for work every day. I would consider working with other professionals who own/operate their own tree business and would like to work with someone who has equipment and is an experienced, licensed and insured.
