I have one well-started red foot tortoise that is ready for a new home. He is almost 3 months old and eating well on cactus, romaine, papaya, hibiscus, mulberry, and Mazuri. Rehoming fee is $100. If you are interested, I am happy to give you some spineless cactus pads so you can grow your own food. I also have two mulberry trees that you can have for $10 a piece. They make great tortoise food, are super easy to grow, and give big harvests of delicious berries.
