Advice on what to do about trash goblins

Hello I recently moved in with my child's father into some questionable apartments in Denver. We have been getting rocks thrown at our window by none other than trash goblins. We had confronted them and they hit my child's father with a gun and the double extended magazine fell out then as I proceeded to walk to my apartment I was attack and they out in back in their gun and pointed at both of us. Mind you I'm pregnant. I don't know if I should contact a lawyer. My phone is
