Pay: $25/hr (negotiable)
Schedule: 7AM-3PM Tue-Sat (40 hours per week with flexibility in emergencies. OT offered)

Ideal candidate:
1. Proactive professional that is a hands on leader to a team of 5 cleaners and maintenance staff at a high end facility and also able to perform team meetings.
2. Must be able to plan/schedule/tackle handyman work, facility cleanliness and maintenance in a proactive manner to keep staff happy and avoid issues.
3. Reliable and dedicated to your facility by showing up on time, daily and handle emergencies when they arise.
Seeking an individual with handyman, maintenance and cleaning experience to be able to supervise, manage, and work with team of five.
You must be able to show enthusiasm at work and have some general knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning and most important; communication in daily basis with superior and team.
Daily Responsibilities And Tasks:
Perform handyman tasks as required (general handyman related tasks).
Be able to train a cleaner or maintenance worker to perform a job.
Be able to supervise and motivate the team effectively.
Must be committed.
Must be flexible. Typical work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 3pm although emergencies arise such as snow storm, last minute call out, special events, etc.
Requirements
• Previous experience in maintenance is a must.
• Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
• Must be able to lift 50lb or more together with team member.
