Diesel is 4 years old. A collie/boxer mix. Probably around 70-80 lbs. Neutered and chipped. He LOVES people, kids included. Does good with some dogs and cats. He's had some aggression with other large male dogs. He is a large happy dog, so his tail could be considered dangerous. He is kennel, house, and leash trained. Knows some basics like sit, down(this one is not his favorite) and stay. Doesn't pull on the leash or any of that silly business unless he's super excited but easily corrected. Ideal home has someone with more time for him, a large yard or willing to go on walks and no other large male dogs. Again, he LOVES people/kids, but because he's a big goof, I'd recommend older kids or very dog savvy kids and understand that he can and sometimes does accidentally knock younger kids over because he forgets his size and just loves them so much. He makes a great watch dog until someone comes and says hi, then he's a lover. He'll even put on a show and bark at unknown visitors. Really, his only flaw that I've found is his problem with my other male dog. With having a small house and 3 small kids, I can't continue to have the dog fights. I don't want to take him to the pound or anything like that, I'd really like to just find him a home. Small fee of 100 requested, negotiable to great home.
