I need an electrician to advise on loose romex, maybe rerun it in conduit and mount it onto wall. Also, someone to rip out old/dead wiring that’s been there for 40 years. Work is to be done in 750 Sq ft building in Union Sq Somerville. I also need some lights hung etc. Looking for experienced and reasonable hourly fee. Thanks very much.
